GROUP REGISTRATION FAQS

For groups Outside of the Diocese of Alexandria:
• $165 total cost per individual participants and chaperones.
• This will be paid in a $35 deposit per person, non-refundable, and a $130 final payment per person, non-refundable.
For groups Inside the Diocese of Alexandria:
• $135 total cost per individual participants and chaperones.
• This will be paid in a $35 deposit per person, non-refundable, and a $100 final payment per person, non-refundable.
Steubenville South is a conference for high school students: those entering 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th grades or who will have just graduated high school. It is expected that all conference participants (youth, chaperones, and group leaders) be present at scheduled sessions during the conference, and in appropriate places following the evening sessions.
The age of group chaperones must comply with the rules of the church parish or diocese. Group Leaders must be 21 years of age or older. We recommend that chaperones also be at least 21 years old. There must be ONE CHAPERONE PER EIGHT YOUTH at the conference. The housing sites also require ONE CHAPERONE PER EIGHT YOUTH.
Please inform the office when you register if your church parish , diocese, or group requires more than this ratio.
Conference policy is 1 adult for every 8 youth of the same gender.

We do our very best to accommodate special needs, including physical disabilities, allergies, and dietary needs. Please be sure to indicate these needs on individual registrations and whenever indicated on forms.
