Join us for this transformational Catholic youth event! We are so excited you’re walking along side us. The Steubenville Youth Conferences, an outreach of Franciscan University of Steubenville, are a series of 25 conferences across North America that help teens encounter the love of Christ every summer. Our mission is to build the Church by evangelizing, equipping, and empowering God’s children to become radical and joyful disciples.

As a Eucharist-centered movement within the Roman Catholic Church, Steubenville South leads teens and their communities into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ, and His Church. With the Blessed Virgin Mary as our intercessor and guide, the Steubenville South Conference seeks to unleash the fullness of the Sacramental power present within the young Church.

CHRIS PADGETT.
Chris Padgett has been doing ministry for over 30 years. He is an author, musician, teacher, comedian, and motivational speaker. Chris has been married to his high school sweetheart for 31 years, and they have 9 children. He has appeared on television and radio, and has been a regular speaker and entertainer at Steubenville Youth Conferences. Chris was an adjunct professor of theology at Franciscan University, and currently teaches for Catholic Distance University. The Padgett family lives in Central New York. JOSH BLAKESLEY.
Josh Blakesley has acknowledged a simple calling: to make music that moves people into prayer + action. Josh and his bandmates have dedicated themselves to making music for liturgy in today's era by answering the question, "how do I create a song that will honor traditions, yet speak to people in the modern Church and lead them to worship?" He has led music for 20+ years at various events, churches, festivals, and conferences. In addition to touring, songwriting, and producing, Josh serves as the Music Ministry Coordinator at St. Anthony of Padua in The Woodlands, TX.

BISHOP JOSEPH ESPAILLAT
Bishop Joseph A. Espaillat, II is an auxiliary bishop of the Archdiocese of New York. Growing up in Manhattan, he learned to speak three languages: English, Spanish, and Street! He loves ministering the sacraments: celebrating the holy sacrifice of the Mass, hearing confessions, and proclaiming the Word of God. He also loves working with youth and helping them encounter Christ. Bishop J enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as playing softball, basketball, tennis, and golf. He also enjoys watching movies, writing poetry, and rapping. Bishop J is the founder of the ministry Messengers of Christ.

JACKIE FRANCOIS ANGEL.
Jackie Francois Angel is a speaker, vlogger, worship leader, and author from Orange County, California. In 2013, Jackie married Bobby Angel, who shares her passion for Jesus, coffee, and super hero movies. Together, they have written two books, including Pray, Decide, and Don’t Worry: 5 Steps to Discerning God’s Will (with Father Mike Schmitz). They reside in Texas with their four young children.

JASON EVERT.
Jason Evert has traveled to six continents to bring the message of purity to millions of people for more than 20 years, including at World Youth Days in Australia, Spain, Poland, and Panama. Jason graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville and is the author of more than 15 books, including Saint John Paul the Great, How to Find Your Soulmate without Losing Your Soul, and the curriculum YOU: Life, Love, and the Theology of the Body. He runs the website chastity.com and the podcast “Lust is Boring.”

Chris Mueller is a youth minister from Murrieta, California. He crafts dynamic talks that communicate the gospel of Jesus Christ in a way that resonates with teen and adult audiences alike. Chris is the president and founder of Everyday Catholic, can be seen on TV as the host of the Everyday Catholic Show. Chris and his wife, Christina, live in California with their six children.
